- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been taking my two cats to this clinic for the past three years' Today I went to take one of them for their annual checkup and was told there would be an hour wait, even tho' I had made an appointment over two weeks ago. Walk-Ins take precident according to the receptionist. I told her I was not waiting and she did not care. I am supposed to take my other cat for an appointment next week but I am not going there anymore. I would love to tell Dr Ross, thanks to his receptionist he just lost a good customer. I spend around $600/year there due to checkups and medication for my furbabies.by Soozie MMarch 12, 2017
